Of Updates, Weddings and Guitar Hero.

Well, well, well, long time no see bloggers. Where have I been you ask? You flatter me too much with such questions… I hit up my blog today and decided to update all the components that needed updating. So I have updated WordPress to the latest version, updated my theme and update my video player software. It took me a little while to get it all working again, mostly because I forgot what I had actually changed in the theme code, but after that was all done it was all breezy.

As many of you know my sister and her husband are now officially married. This has been a long time coming, and is one of the main factors besides work and the little time I had to game that I haven’t updated my blog in a while. Well it’s all done now and it was such a beautiful day, considering the warnings of the apocalypse the weather man kept on blurting out for the Sunday just past. I could not think of a better man for my sister to marry and by far the only one of my sister’s boyfriends that I have ever liked. Honeymoon has already begun even though they are still in the country, but I am sure it will be a lot better once they are out of it. I wish them all the happiness in the world.

In the mean time Guitar Hero III: Legends of Rock has been released and I have been having a BLAST. I am currently stuck on three songs in the final tier of hard, being, Raining Blood by Slayer, The Number of the Beast by Iron Maiden and One by Metallica. I just haven’t had time to play it enough I guess, because the songs aren’t really technically hard, I just need to get a grasp of the flow and speed. So in the mean time while I find more time to play GH3, I have also started the expert campaign. Oh, I would also like to thank Laurence and Pete who helped me ALMOST beat the Co-Op campaign on hard. We have just two songs left, being One by Metallica (Seems to be my nemesis) and of course the Encore track Monsters by Matchbook Romance. We will get there one day!

Now I must shout out, as Debari is almost here. We are going to watch the new episode of Heroes because we head down to Sarah and Jeremy’s for the always exciting Steak Tuesday and the Rivervale.

P.S. Oh man, also Transformers is now out on HD-DVD, gotta pick this puppy up and rock out. Should be awesome!
